Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that our products are intangible and irrevocable, but we still want to make the refund process easy. We recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances regarding the nature of our products, and if you change your mind after receiving the product, we will happily provide a full refund. Additionally, we offer a 30-day right to withdraw on all unused items if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Non-Delivery of the product:

In case you do not receive a delivery email from us due to mailing issues with your email provider or mail server, we recommend using our Live Chat feature for assistance. Any claims related to such issues should be submitted to our Technical support department. Failure to contact us during this period may result in the assumption that the product was successfully downloaded, and there will be no further redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. If you do not receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 30 days, your refund request may be declined.

Major Defects:

Although all our products are re-tested before release, unexpected errors can still occur. If you encounter any major defects, please submit them to our Technical Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 12 hours. If the deficiency is approved, and we fail to correct it within 12 hours of the initial complaint or notification, we will issue a full refund or provide a complete replacement of the product, based on your preference.

Product not as described

If the product you received does not match the description on our website, please contact our technical support team within 30 days of your purchase. We require clear written evidence to substantiate the claim. Please note that we cannot honor complaints based on false customer expectations.
